We run targeted advertising in several prominent print publications, as well as on the Internet, feature your property in our storefront window, prepare a listing sheet and brochure for your property, and conduct mailings to effectively market your property! We make renting you property an easy process, getting you a qualified tenant and fair market value! Our fee is equivalent to one month’s rent on a twelve month lease. We compile an entire package for you including the lease, a character report, and an extensive credit background check to ensure a solid tenant.
